About Marmitas

The Marmitas band is a groove-oriented project with a unique and coherent sound consisting of a collective of international musicians where each member is a specialist. The highlight of the band is the young and very talented singer Mania, an exceptional voice somewhat reminiscent of Amy Winehouse.

Drawing from several performance styles, the Marmitas offer a unique twist on well known hits by reimagining them with a soul, funk, and Latin inspired undertone. With a soul-shakin’ repertoire to appeal to guests of all ages, they fuse together a perfect blend of signature high-energy sets for all tastes, guaranteed to fill the dance floor! Oscillating between Ray Charles and Bruno Mars, Elvis and Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and the Beatles, Ella Fitzgerald and Rihanna, the band have a broad range of material always guaranteed to keep your event in full groove.

The main lineup is, vocals-percussion, keys/bass, guitar-harmonica and drums.
The band also accommodate for different venue spaces, from a trio right up to an 8-piece (featuring Saxophone, Trombone, Trumpet, violin and double bass) to serve each individual client’s requirements.

As well as this, If you’re looking to impress your guests, they offer additional Jazz sets during dinner and drinks reception to save you booking more than one band. They also provide a professional DJ to work alongside the band and following the live performance.

They come fully self-contained with state of art sound and light equipment. The Marmitas band will make sure that every detail of your event is perfect and all your guests have an unforgettable experience!
